Independent schools rely heavily upon the support of their alumni, parents and friends. That support is composed of equal parts of friendship, loyalty, tradition and generosity. It is one of the characteristics that make a school like Nichols such a special place.

Our parents are encouraged to be active participants in their child’s Nichols experience. Whether it is standing on the sidelines at a field hockey game, volunteering at the book fair or helping with the Annual Giving campaign, our parents are there; for the school and their children.

Our alumni and friends attend school functions whenever they can. In Buffalo, New York City, San Francisco or wherever Nichols people are getting together. Our local alumni work hard on the Alumni Board and the Board of Trustees, they host an annual career day for Nichols seniors, they attend games, concerts and the Nichols Derby day auction.

They generously support our fund raising efforts. Nichols people love supporting their school. And it shows.
