It's important to us that you feel informed about every aspect of the Nichols admissions process. Below are some answers to questions we receive from many families. What is the cost of attending Nichols?
Comprehensive tuitions for 2007-2008:
Grade 5: $15,500
Grades 6-8: $15,700
Grade 9: $16,500
Grades 10-12: $16,800
What's included in the tuition?
Daily lunch (entree, soup, salad bar, dessert), sports participation fee/athletic uniforms, technology, studio and laboratory fees, and graduation fees.
Are there any other expenses I should know about?
Estimated expenses not included in tuition:
New books** and supplies: $500
Field trips: $50
Yearbook: $60
Personal athletic equipment: $100-300

Other miscellaneous charges:
ERB/SAT/PSAT/ACT tests, student accident insurance (opt.)
**Used books may be purchased or sold at the Campus Store, reducing this approximate expense.
Are there payment plans available?
Nichols offers three separate plans:
  • Payment in full by late June (1% discount)
  • Interest free 2 payment plan
  • Interest free 9 payment plan
  • Key Education Resources offers an Achiever Loan program for families who are unable to pay the full or partial tuition directly and require a more customized payment plan. For information, contact the Key Education Resources Group at 1-800-KEY-LEND.
